This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, and browser and system information.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
3. Enquiry form and contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
If you contact us via the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, attraction/company, email address and optionally phone number, location, preferred time frame and message) in order to handle your enquiry and send you an offer. Form data is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on the website.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete your data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. If you don't want this, please use email, phone or the form.
4. Cookies, tracking and fonts
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. No fonts, scripts or other content are loaded from third parties. All files, including the logos of our references, are served directly from our own server.
